A fine job

Apparantly a lady was slapped with an £80 fine by two coucil wardens, because her 2 year-old granddaughter dared to drop two crisps in the street.

Sometimes the word "Jobsworth" simply isn't enough.

Fortunately, the council did overturn the fine.
